?? Para quem me conhece, sabe que eu tenho uma preferência por vinhos de Vinhas Velhas. Aqui em Portugal muitas propriedades nem conseguem dizer com exatidão quais as castas que estão no vinho, por isso, são produções bem interessantes e diferentes!
Este Rogador de 2016 apresenta-se escuro, denso, com um tom rubi muito bonito que tinge a taça. Gosto de vinhos assim.
Os aromas trazem uma boa presença de fruta, incluindo cereja, assim como um frescor. Apesar de estar um pouco fechado, conseguimos perceber que promete!
Na boca as frutas negras fazem-se sentir. Muito estruturado e elegante, é uma excelente companhia para refeições como pizza, carnes vermelhas grelhadas e pratos condimentados. Excelente!
?? For those who know me, you know that I have a preference for wines from Vinhas Velhas. Here in Portugal, many properties can’t even say exactly which varieties are in the wine, so they are very interesting and different productions!
This Rogador 2016 is presented dark, dense, with a beautiful ruby color that stains the glass. I like wines like that.
The aromas bring a good presence of fruit, including cherry, as well as freshness. Despite being a little closed, we can see that it promises!
In the mouth the black fruits are felt. Very structured and elegant, it is an excellent company for meals such as pizza, grilled red meats and spicy dishes. Great!
