Na taça é um vinho denso com aromas que no primeiro momento trazem um toque mineral, couro e especiarias. Após um tempo na taça, ele abre e traz uma boa dose de frutas vermelhas.
Na boca um vinho gastronômico e presente, com taninos um pouco mais vivos no princípio, mas novamente bastaram alguns minutos para ficar mais elegante e acompanhar muito bem o jantar.
Vai bem com massas, pizza, carnes vermelhas e porco.
