Na taça é muito brilhante, claro e convidativo. Os aromas trazem frutas brancas e uma certa mineralidade. Mas é na boca que ele aparece de verdade. Foi experimentar e a boca salivou. Veio imediatamente uma vontade de comer. É um vinho equilibrado, redondo e muito gastronômico. Comemos um risoto de camarão com coentros e filés de peixe grelhados. A harmonização não podia ser melhor. Fechamos com sorvete de menta com pedaços de chocolate.

In the glass it is very bright, clear and inviting. The aromas bring white fruit and a certain minerality. But it is in the mouth that it really appears. I tried it and the mouth salivated. A desire to eat came immediately. It is a balanced wine, round and very gastronomic. We had a shrimp risotto with coriander and grilled fish fillets. The harmonization could not be better. We closed with mint ice cream with pieces of chocolate.
